Greetings KUBA Board Members!
Behold the first test message of the Kingston Uptown Business Association Mailing List!!!
I've manually subscribed all of you to this list. Soon we will populate the list with the entire membership as well....or at least with those people for whom we have email addresses.
I cannot stress enough how important this form of communication is. I don't think that anyone will disagree that the cost and convenience benefits are substantial and thus we should make every effort to acquire any and all member email addresses that we may or may not already have. I am still investigating the reality of just how many we have on file at this time. If anyone is planning on speaking with members in person, please ask them for their current email address so that we are certain to have their most current contact information as we move into using email as the primary form of membership communication.
As you can see in the instructions following this message, you of course have the ability to remove yourself at any time....but you wouldn't want to do that now would you :) Our mailing list software of choice "Dada Mail" also provides for other industry standard mailing list features like the ability to insert an html subscription form in the KUBA website so that potential members can automatically subscribe themselves. I believe that it will fulfill our mailing list needs at KUBA nicely.

All interested parties are welcome to subscribe to keep themselves aware of KUBA activities, events, and efforts to we work together and consistently improve beautiful Uptown Kingston, New York.
