Dear Beta Testers:
I write this as the migration to the new website is occurring. And I am writing with an update, and an invitation.
It turns out that the software is much more advanced than I expected it to be. A classic "beta" isn't necessary. It's just not all that buggy.
This isn't to say there are no bugs, or that some aspects of the software couldn't be better. We still need feedback! We want this software, and the interface, to be as powerful and user-friendly as it can possibly be.
With this for background, I'd like to make the following offer. We no longer need 50 beta testers--that's overkill. We would very much appreciate feedback from 20 of you, though, and we will thank you for your participation with a free Passport (now with an entirely new, and better, 'value proposition' attached to it--details on the website when it goes live tomorrow).
Here's how I'd like to do this. The first 20 people who say yes, I'm in, will be the ones we'll work with. Please give us your feedback within two weeks! This will include completing a questionnaire that I'll get out to you shortly. Once you've completed the questionnaire in (as they say) timely fashion, we'll comp you with your free Passport.
I thank you all for your generosity in offering to be part of this beta test program. It's taken a while to get untracked but now we're there for real -- the new website will be live tomorrow. Please let us know if you'd like to participate--and then let the testing begin!!!!!
